Liu He Ba Fa (Water Boxing)
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese Martial art, focused on health, rather than fighting, practiced daily by people all over the world. It is an art of gentleness, of how all things grow. All plants grow gently and continuously, when growth stops, stagnation starts. We all need to grow until the end of our days. It is no secret that daily practice of Tai Chi – Chinese internal arts - offers a proven approach to lifelong dynamic health rooted in the cultivation of Qi.

improving immunity, balance, flexibility, circulation, concentration and mood
The name Liu He Ba Fa means “Six Harmonies and Eight Methods”. Six Harmonies relates to the unification of the body and mind, and the Eight Methods relate to practical physical applications.
Your teacher Seta Lerma has been studying under Mrs. Yi Ting since 2006.
Fall 2018 Session: 15 classes, August 24 – December 19, 2018 (no class 11/21)
Spring 2019 Session: 23 classes, January 9– June 19, 2019, (no class 4/3): $391
Time: Wednesdays, 2:15pm – 3pm
Please, wear loose fitting clothing.
Optional: Uniform available for purchase: traditional top $40, traditional pants $30
