Liu He Ba Fa (Water Boxing)

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese Martial art, focused on health, rather than fighting, practiced daily by people all over the world.  It is an art of of how to gently and continuously change, grow and avoid stagnation.  Daily practice of Tai Chi offers a proven approach to lifelong dynamic health rooted in the cultivation of Qi.

Liu He Ba Fa means “Six Harmonies and Eight Methods”.  Six Harmonies represents the unification of the body and mind, and the Eight Methods refer to practical physical applications. 

Training in Tai Chi benefits hard style martial artists, golfers and variety of athletes, as it realigns the body and relieves the muscles and tendons from the stress of heavy use, while teaching more efficient and sustainable internal movement.

Fall 2019 Session:

Thursdays: 17 classes, August 15-December 19 (no class 10/31, 11/28): $306

Class Time: Thursdays, 2:45–3:30pm

Saturdays: 14 classes, August 24-December 14 (no class 8/31, 10/26, 11/30): $252

Class Time: Saturdays, 9:00-9:45am

New Students can start at any time with a prorated fee

Drop-in class fee: $25

Private Lessons, 45 min./$45

Please, wear loose fitting clothing.
